Walked in to order with a handwritten sign on the door that said “we are temporarily closed. We will be back shortly.” When I walked in I was asked if I placed an order online when I said no I was told “we are closed because there is only 2 of us on shift.” I asked if I placed an order online if I could get it and was told “yes that’s fine but we are closed.” Don’t know if I I will be back.

The staff was so nice but I have to report that their dubai chocolate ice cream was disgusting annd overpriced, and I believe it’s the owners fault. I’m a fan of dubai chocolate, I know what it contains. This location clearly just had mashed up, unsweetened pistachios instead of sweetened pistachio dessert cream that dubai chocolate contains. I can’t find anything negative online about this dessert so it must’ve been this location’s owners choice to make this swap. I did hear online that most locations ran out of the pistachio cream quickly and I got it on the last day it’s available, so I think they put some plain unsweetened pistachio mixture in there, charged me $9 for an ice cream + tip and called it a day

Ordered a birthday cake for my mother in law on Monday for a Saturday 12:00 pick up time. Arrived a little early and let the workers know I was there. They said they hadn’t started it and to give them 25 minutes (a 12:20 pick up time now). The asked for my number to call when the order was ready. I went to the Lowe’s across the way to wait. At 12:30 I went back and they told me they hadn’t done anything with the cake because the automated message “happy birthday mom” apparently never went through. Keep in mind the had asked for my number to call me but never called. I was extremely frustrated at this point. Explained the message to which they quickly added on and I left. This was my first experience with them and not a great one at all. Very disappointing.

I should have read reviews before I chose them for my daughter’s special birthday party!! What a joke! I paid $90 for a cake that looked like a child drew on it and for none of the mix ins I requested. I spoke with the manager who told me he would talk to the “cake maker” and then proceeded to of course tell me he made it himself so he knows what’s in there. Well what he mentioned that “he knows HE put in there” (pie crust) was not even what I asked for! I sent the manager pictures and everything! I had to spend $55 to make the cake look presentable just to cut through it and find out it didn’t have anything I asked for. I was also told that “they are humans and the cakes don’t always look exactly like the picture” I can appreciate that to an extent but this was embarrassing!! I was told they could not comp half the price but they’d give me $20 that’s the best they could do. Do not order any special cakes from this location!!!

Wife ordered a triple pint, when she got home and opened it it was only about 3/4 full. I contacted coldstone who subsequently had the store contact us. They gave us a medium love it cup which still does not equate to the total ice cream we should have recieved. And they didn't get the mix ins correct for the love it cup. This location charges 17$ for the triple pint, while hudson and fairlawn charge 10$. Additionally there are alot of much cheaper and better ice cream locations locally for those that don't want to drive to the other cold stone locations. Will never go here again!
